OVERVIEW
Designs for social media advertisements were created to support the Digital Marketing Teams initiative to promote the Garrett Connect Mobile app on Facebook, Instagram and Google. I utilised my copywriting skills to create an impactful strapline for all the advertising visuals.
OBJECTIVES
Collaborate closely with Garrett's Digital Marketing team to create advertisements aimed at promoting the Garrett Connect Mobile app across Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms. Adhere to the design specifications of each advertising platform to produce engaging visuals that effectively showcase the app's download locations.​​​​​​​

OUTCOME
The advertising campaigns effectively guided users to download the mobile app from various platforms including Google Play, the App Store, and Huawei's App Gallery.

Since the launch of the app in 2021, Garrett Connect has experienced consistent year-on-year growth, attracting over 100,000 active users from 2021 to 2023.
END-TO-END DESIGN PROCESS
1. Research and Analysis: Understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors' advertising strategies. Analyse the app's unique selling points and key messaging.
2. Design Execution: Created concepts using Adobe Photoshop for the advertising visuals, incorporating feedback from the Digital Marketing team.
3. Feedback and Iteration: Gathered feedback from the Digital Marketing team on the initial designs and iterated on the design to ensure alignment with project objectives.
4. Finalisation and Implementation: Produced high-quality visuals that capture attention and convey the app's value proposition.
